SPEAKER INFORMATION

All speakers are encouraged to test their presentation files loaded onto their laptops or the conference laptop prior to the start of the event. Conference room will be equipped with the following: LCD projector, screen, computer, lighted podium, lapel microphone and a laser pointer. If needing assistance, please contact us.

Submissions for contributed oral presentations are encouraged.
